GRIT: Defined as "Perseverance and passion for long-term goals", Grit predits success and performance better than IQ or innate talent!  We humans develop this facet of our character  by encountering difficulty and learning to cope with it.  When things get tough...lean in!

INTENTION: A singular focus of one's physical, mental and spiritual assets in each moment of action creating a state of absolute commitment to the highest and most correct outcome!  Mindfullness plays a key roal in developing the power and consistancy of Intention!

ADAPTIVITY: The ability and willingness to actively seek change when ever necessary, allowing for old antiquated ideals to pass freely from our hands so we may develop and embrace our next higher version of ourselves!

TO SUCCEED YOU MUST FAIL:  The ability to overcome challenges makes us stronger and more masterful at our tasks. Moreover, the ability to cope with difficulty—or to be resilient after tragedy—paves the way for our long-term happiness and success.

Every day is a blessing and every day is a challenge!  Being alive IS the Universe's Great Gift to us!  Beyond this, we are entitled to nothing!  We are all diamonds in the rough and only through pressure, heat and  resisitance can we be trasnformed into our fullest potential.  Joseph Campbell explains how the Hero's journey always begins when the hero leaves home and all that is familiar and predictable. After that, Campbell writes, “Dragons have now to be slain and surprising barriers passed—again, again, and again. Meanwhile there will be a multitude of preliminary victories, unretainable ecstasies and momentary glimpses of the wonderful land.”

Grit and Intention are what drive the Hero forward to face down dragons and persisit in the face of challenge, setbacks, faiures and fear.  You will fall down many times only to have to get back up again and again if you wish to obtain true success and a life-long career!
